Very nice top, love the colors, runs a little small.

Love this summer blouse!!

Striking color; orange is one of my favorite colors. I live in south Texas and wear summertime clothing until mid-January. The sleeves are open and great to fit average mature ladies' arms. Yay.

Love the color

Orange is warm and lively, so it pairs best with colors that calm it or balance its heat. Navy is one of the finest partners: the cool depth of navy makes orange look crisp and intentional, whether it is a coral top with navy trousers or a rust blouse with a navy skirt.
White and cream keep orange light and summery, especially softer shades like peach and apricot. Denim is equally easy, and an orange blouse with mid-blue jeans is one of the most cheerful everyday outfits you can put together.
Brown, camel and tan bring out the earthy side of orange, particularly rust and burnt orange. The combination looks lovely in fall with boots and a camel coat.
For a bolder look, orange can sit with turquoise or teal, colors that sit opposite it on the color wheel. Keep one of them as a small accent, such as a scarf or earrings, so the pairing stays balanced.
Gray is a quieter choice. An orange blouse with charcoal trousers looks modern and calm, and it suits the office better than brighter pairings.
Olive and khaki make a relaxed, outdoorsy partner for the deeper oranges. A rust blouse with olive trousers or a khaki skirt looks natural and easy, and it suits weekend walks, farmers markets and casual lunches in the cooler months.
Colors to use sparingly with orange are bright red, hot pink and bright purple, which can compete for attention. If you like color clashing, keep the shapes very simple.
Orange covers a wide range. Light orange, peach and apricot are the softest, gentle enough for most complexions and easy to wear in spring and summer.
Coral sits between orange and pink. It is one of the most flattering shades for many women, warming up the face and looking fresh against white and navy.
Tangerine and bright orange are the boldest. They look wonderful on warm and deep skin tones and on sunny days, but on fair skin they may be easier to wear lower down or as a print.
Rust, terracotta and burnt orange are the deepest and most earthy. They behave almost like a neutral in the cooler months, pairing with brown, olive, cream and denim.
A floral or abstract print that mixes orange with other colors is an easy way to try the shade without committing to a solid block of it. Our floral blouses include warm prints like these.
Orange and soft pink are a pretty pairing when both are gentle, such as peach with blush or coral with dusty rose. The combination feels warm and cheerful in spring and summer, especially with white or cream bottoms that let both colors breathe.
For women over fifty, orange can be wonderfully flattering when you choose the right depth. Coral, peach and soft rust add a healthy warmth near the face, while very bright tangerine can feel strong against pale or mature skin.
Choose simple shapes with a strong color. A split neck or soft V neck, a sleeve to the elbow and a hem that skims the hips let the color do the talking. Our 3/4 sleeve blouses offer easy shapes that suit it well.
Orange also works well in smaller doses: an orange print on navy or white, or an orange blouse under a navy cardigan so only part of the color shows.
Warm-toned jewelry suits orange best. Gold, brass, amber and wooden beads all look natural with the color, while silver can feel a little cold next to it.
Long sleeve orange blouses in rust or burnt orange are perfect for fall. They look rich with dark jeans, brown boots and a camel coat, and they bring color to gray days. Browse our fall blouses for more warm shades.
In spring and summer, softer orange and coral shades with short or half sleeves feel fresh with white jeans and sandals. See our summer blouses for more light ideas.
Keep the rest of a fall outfit in warm, deep tones so the orange looks at home: chocolate, olive, navy and cream all sit comfortably beside it. An orange blouse is also a cheerful choice for fall gatherings, from harvest festivals to Thanksgiving lunch, where warm shades suit the season and the table.
