I love it so much

Very comfortable and very relaxing I would definitely buy more if they had some different designs. It was a must have and it's worth it.

Support is chosen by activity, not by size, and that is the part most guides skip. Walking, stretching and floor work ask for light support. A class with steps or weights asks for medium. Running and anything with both feet leaving the ground at once asks for high, and no amount of tightness elsewhere makes up for choosing too low.
Sports bras reach that support in two different ways. Compression holds the bust against the chest and works well at smaller volumes; encapsulation gives each side its own shaped cup and holds up better at larger ones. A bra doing both is the most reliable choice for high-impact work.
The band carries the load, exactly as it does in an everyday bra. A band doing its job stays level from front to back and holds position when both arms go overhead; one that travels upward is too loose, whatever the label says.
One practical check before ordering: a racerback pulls the shoulders inward and suits overhead movement, while a straight back is easier to get on and off. That choice has more effect on daily wear than the color does.
Sports bottoms is the largest group here, and the choice between the three shapes is mostly about coverage and heat. Leggings hold the leg and keep muscles warm. Sports shorts move more air and suit warm rooms and outdoor summer sessions.
The pantskirt is the one worth explaining, because it is less common elsewhere. It is a fitted short with a light skirt panel over the top, so the movement of a short is there but the hip and thigh stay covered - the same idea a tennis skirt uses, applied to everyday exercise.
For any of the three, the waistband is the deciding detail. A wide band that sits at the natural waist stays where it was put through bending and lunging, and a narrow one rolls down at the front. That single feature separates a pair worn weekly from a pair worn once.
Fabric behavior matters as much as the cut. A knit with four-way stretch returns to shape after a session, and one with stretch in a single direction bags at the knee. Some styles here also carry an antistatic or UV-resistant note in the description, which is worth reading if you exercise outdoors.
A gym outfit is three decisions, and none of them is about looking like an athlete. A bra with the right support level, a bottom that stays put when you bend, and a top you can move in without it riding up.
The top is the piece most often over-thought. A sports top or any plain, slightly loose tee works, as long as it is long enough to stay down when your arms go up and light enough that it stops feeling warm once you do.
Layers count for more than the individual pieces. Arriving in a zip layer over the top, taking it off for the working part, and putting it back on for the walk home is what makes exercising in cold months bearable, and it works whatever your pace on the day.
Age changes none of this. Joints and recovery time may shape what you do in a session, but they do not change what to wear for it, and the same three decisions apply at any age.
Plenty of weeks include both a gym session and a swim, and the wardrobe question that follows is which pieces cross over. Leggings and a sports bra travel to the pool building perfectly well, but they are not cut for the water, and once wet they hold it for the rest of the afternoon.
For the water itself, the swim side of the site handles it properly. Swimwear sportswear covers suits cut for movement, and athletic swimwear covers lane swimming specifically, including how a racing back and a higher neckline behave.
What crosses over reliably is the outer layer and the small stuff. A zip top, a pair of shorts over a suit, and a bag that carries damp things all work in both places, and sports accessories covers the last of those.
Support is the one thing that does not transfer. A swimsuit carries its own light shaping, so anyone swimming and then lifting on the same visit needs the bra as well as the suit - the two are not interchangeable, and the gym half of that pair is what this section is for.
