What is item processing time?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 1-4 business days; if you purchase any pre-sale item, it takes 6-10 working days. however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

1. Due to customs clearance times getting progressively longer, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that Standard Rate Shipping and China Post times have been affected.

Custom Tax or Duty

Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff.
