What Is a High Neck Blouse Called?

A high neck blouse goes by several names depending on how the neckline is built. A mock neck is a short, close-fitting band that rises a little way up the neck without folding over. It is the most common version on blouses and the easiest to wear every day.

A funnel neck rises higher and stands slightly away from the neck, like the spout of a funnel, which gives a clean, modern look. A turtleneck is taller still and folds over on itself, usually in knitted fabric rather than a woven blouse.
