Love the swimsuit, the quality of material was better than expected. If your thinking about getting this suit just do it, you will be happy you did.

Super cute

Super cute suit. The ruffle bottom is flattering. I like that the top has good coverage for swimming with kids. I got a medium and am a 4, 34DD. I could have gone small on the bottom but needed a bigger top.

The two names are used almost interchangeably, but there is a useful difference. Baby blue is the softest and most powdery, with a hint of gray or white that makes it look muted. Light blue is a touch clearer and brighter, closer to a summer sky at midday.
Baby blue suits a romantic or vintage set: bows, frills, gingham and small florals all look at home on it. Light blue leans fresher and sportier, and it works with stripes, contrast binding and simple solid shapes.
Pale blue, sky blue and powder blue sit somewhere between the two, and listings mix the names freely. Comparing the product photograph with a familiar reference, such as a pair of faded jeans or a clear sky, is a quick way to judge which one a suit really is.
Both shades are quieter than royal or navy, so they suit anyone who likes color without a strong statement. Blue bikinis run from these pastels to the deepest navy, and royal blue bikinis sit at the vivid end.
Soft blues also sit easily beside the colors most cover-ups come in. White, cream, sand and pale gray all pair with them, so a light blue set rarely needs a special layer for the walk to lunch.
A light blue bikini top with black bottoms is one of the most searched combinations for this color. Pastel beside black looks crisp and modern, a little less sweet than a matching pale set, and the pairing suits almost any shape of top.
The combination also works with pieces already in the drawer. A black bottom from another set, a black high waisted brief or a pair of black swim shorts all pair with a light blue top, and black bikini bottoms come in every level of coverage.
Details help the two halves look connected. Black binding, a black tie or a small black print on the top picks up the color of the bottom, so the outfit reads as planned instead of assembled.
Light blue and black also meet in prints. A black and blue stripe, or a small black floral on a pale ground, links the two halves of the combination in a single fabric.
The reverse, a black top with a light blue bottom, is less common but works well with a high waisted cut in a pale stripe, which keeps the look relaxed.
Push up tops are one of the most searched light blue styles. Padding and a lifting shape give the chest a fuller outline, and the soft color keeps the effect gentle.
Look at the cup construction before choosing. Removable pads let the amount of lift be adjusted, while a molded cup keeps its shape on its own; push up bikinis explain the difference in more detail.
Triangle tops are the lighter alternative. A light blue triangle with a sliding cup lets the coverage be set exactly, and it pairs naturally with a tie-side bottom for a classic beach look. Triangle bikinis collect the shape in other colors.
For a smaller bust, a triangle with a light pad adds shape without the structure of a push up, and bows or ruffles at the center add softness. Pale blue with white bows is a particularly fresh pairing for a summer holiday, and a matching bow at the hip of the bottom repeats the detail so the set looks finished from every side.
For a fuller bust, a light blue top with an underwire and wider straps gives more support than either a triangle or a padded bralette, and underwire bikinis show how that construction is put together.
