Welcome to MODLILY CLUB. The following terms and conditions (“MODLILY CLUB Terms” or “Terms”), last updated on August 28, 2025, describe the terms and conditions that apply to the MODLILY CLUB membership (“MODLILY CLUB Membership” or “Membership”) and constitute an agreement between you and MODLILY. By becoming a member of MODLILY CLUB, you agree to be bound by these MODLILY CLUB Terms.
1. MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION
1.1 Conditions
MODLILY CLUB Membership is only available to individuals who place an order in good standing. Before you successfully subscribe to MODLILY CLUB Membership (including renewals and re-subscription), you must:
① Have an active MODLILY account; and
② Complete the MODLILY CLUB membership application and pay the applicable fee.
1.2 Membership Program Acceptance
By checking the MODLILY CLUB box in "MY BAG" and paying for the order, you submit an offer to subscribe to MODLILY CLUB Membership. Once we accept your offer, you will join the Membership program.
MODLILY reserves the right to cancel your MODLILY CLUB Membership if it determines that you have violated any of these Terms or the Terms of Use. Any fraudulent activity or attempted manipulation or abuse of the MODLILY CLUB Membership program will result in termination of Membership and/or User Account deletion. Upon termination of Membership, all unused coupons and unredeemed rewards associated with that Membership will be forfeited.
Please note that if you delete your MODLILY User Account, your MODLILY CLUB Membership and all corresponding benefits will be automatically terminated upon deletion of your MODLILY User Account.
2. MODLILY CLUB BENEFITS
The benefits of MODLILY CLUB Membership are only available for orders placed on the MODLILY website and app.
3-Month Membership: you can enjoy exclusive 5% discount!
12-Month Membership: you can enjoy exclusive 5% discount!
The products eligible for the Exclusive Discount will be marked.
The Exclusive Discount applies only to non-sale items that are currently in stock, and excludes sale, clearance, final sale or flash sale.
The Exclusive Discount does not apply to taxes, shipping fees, shipping insurance, or other additional charges.
3-Month Membership: you can enjoy US$5 shipping fee off *3 orders, US$15 in total!
12-Month Membership: you can enjoy US$10 shipping fee off *5 orders, US$50 in total!
Only one shipping fee can be used per order. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout if available. It cannot be applied to previous orders. The MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discount can be used in conjunction with other shipping coupons. There is no minimum order amount required to use the shipping coupon.
If an order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping promotion will apply, and the MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discount will not be used for that order.
Shipping fee discounts are reserved when an order is placed (whether paid or unpaid). If an unpaid order is canceled, the discount will be returned to your account.
MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discounts can only be applied to shipping costs for purchases on MODLILY and cannot be applied to return shipping fees.
3-Month Membership: Earn points at the standard rate.
12-Month Membership: Earn 2x points on every purchase.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEE
3.1 Calculation of Membership Fee
The fee for subscription to MODLILY CLUB Membership is the price displayed on the Site during your registration process.
MODLILY may revise the Membership pricing plans and/or fees and may offer discounts from time to time. Current members are not entitled to refunds if prices are later reduced. Upon renewal, the then-current prices will apply.
3.2 Methods to Purchase and Renew Membership
You must register or log into your User Account and enable the MODLILY CLUB subscription option during checkout. The Membership fee must be paid as part of your order. Benefits are applied once payment is complete. Cancellation of the entire order before shipment will result in membership expiration if no other order utilizes the membership.
The auto-renew function is not currently supported. To renew, you must purchase a new membership after your current one expires.
3.3 Methods to Pay for Membership Fee
You can pay for your MODLILY CLUB Membership fee through available payment methods*, except that you may not pay using coupons or MODLILY Points. Discounts or coupons do not apply to the Membership fee itself.
*Note: Available payment methods are those existing on the Site. We reserve the right to change the payment methods.
4. TERM AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
4.1 Membership Term Calculation
Your MODLILY CLUB Membership becomes active immediately upon successful purchase.
3-Month Membership: Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
12-Month Membership: Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
You can check the Member-Only page for your Membership's specific validity period.
4.2 Termination of Membership
MODLILY CLUB Membership is sold with products. Cancellation of the entire order before shipment will result in membership expiration. You must ensure that there are no pending orders (using membership benefits) that are awaiting payment. If you have already used membership benefits in any order, your Membership will be maintained.
If your Membership has expired, you are not entitled to a refund of the Membership fee, regardless of usage. Upon approved cancellation, your Membership and all associated benefits terminate immediately.
4.3 Refund Method
If your cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the Membership fee will be refunded to the original payment method or your User Account balance, depending on your choice. Refund processing times depend on your financial institution.
