Welcome to MODLILY CLUB. The following terms and conditions (“MODLILY CLUB Terms” or “Terms”), last updated on April 10, 2025, describe the terms and conditions that apply to the MODLILY CLUB membership (“MODLILY CLUB Membership” or “Membership”) and constitute an agreement between you and MODLILY. By becoming a member of MODLILY CLUB, you agree to be bound by these MODLILY CLUB Terms.

1. MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION
1.1 Conditions
MODLILY CLUB Membership is only available to those individuals who per one order in good standing. Before you successfully subscribe to MODLILY CLUB Membership (including renewals and re-subscription), you must:
① Have an active MODLILY account; and
② Complete the MODLILY CLUB membership application and pay the applicable fee.

1.2 Membership Program Acceptance
By checking the MODLILY CLUB box in "MY BAG" and paying for the order, you submit an offer to subscribe to MODLILY CLUB Membership. Once we accept your offer, you will join the Membership program.
MODLILY reserves the right to cancel your MODLILY CLUB Membership if it determines that you have violated any of these Terms or the Terms of Use. Any fraudulent activity or attempted manipulation or abuse of the MODLILY CLUB Membership program will result in termination of Membership and/or User Account deletion. Upon termination of Membership, all unused coupons and unredeemed rewards associated with that Membership will be forfeited.
Please note that if you delete your MODLILY User Account, your MODLILY CLUB Membership and all corresponding benefits will be automatically terminated upon deletion of your MODLILY User Account.

2. MODLILY CLUB BENEFITS
The benefits of MODLILY CLUB Membership are only available for orders placed on the MODLILY website and app.
Exclusive Discount
MODLILY CLUB Membership offers you an exclusive discount applicable to non-sale items. This Exclusive Discount may be used in conjunction with coupons that may be available to you.
3-Month Membership: you can enjoy exclusive 5% discount!
12-Month Membership: you can enjoy exclusive 8% discount!
The products with the Exclusive Discount will bear an exclusive discounted price logo.
The Exclusive Discount applies only to non-sale items that are currently in stock, and excludes sale, clearance, final sale or flash sale.
The Exclusive Discount does not apply to taxes/shipping fees/shipping insurance generated by the order or other additional charges.

MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discount
After joining the MODLILY CLUB:
3-Month Membership: you can enjoy US$3 shipping fee off *3 orders, US$9 in total!
12-Month Membership: you can enjoy US$4 shipping fee off *12 orders, US$48 in total!
The MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discounts can be used towards shipping costs on orders of MODLILY.
Only one shipping coupon can be used per one order. The discount will be used automatically at the same time when an order is placed. It cannot be redeemed towards shipping costs of a previous order. The MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discount can be used along with other shipping coupons. There is no minimum amount for orders that can be used for shipping coupon.
When the actual amount to be paid for an order does not meet the threshold of free shipping, the system will automatically use the MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discount to offset all or part of the specified shipping costs incurred for the order. When the actual amount to be paid for an order meets the threshold of the free shipping, the system will use the free shipping promotion and will not apply your MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discount to the order.
Orders will automatically use the shipping fee discount whether it is paid or not. After unpaid order cancelled, the benefits will also be returned to your account. The MODLILY CLUB Shipping fee discounts can only be used towards the purchase of products on MODLILY and cannot be redeemed towards shipping costs of any return items.

Points Rewards
As a MODLILY CLUB member, you'll enjoy accelerated points earning on every purchase:
3-Month Membership: 2x points per order.
12-Month Membership: 3x points per order.

More Discounts and Additional Benefits
In addition to above benefits, Members may receive various other discounts, the details of which we will post on our website from time to time. These additional discounts will only apply to your current Membership period.
MODLILY may at its sole discretion offer additional benefits for MODLILY CLUB Memberships. Any additional benefits under the Membership will take effect on the date specified in the announcement of such additional benefit. If you are already a MODLILY CLUB Member, you will be entitled to these additional benefits, if any, during the remaining period of your Membership.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEE
3.1 Calculation of Membership Fee
The fee for subscription to MODLILY CLUB Membership is the price displayed on the Site during your MODLILY CLUB Membership registration process.
MODLILY may at its sole discretion revise the Membership pricing plans and/or fees and may also offer discounts for Membership fees from time to time. If you are already a MODLILY CLUB Member, your subscription price will not be affected by such revision, and in addition, you will not be entitled to a refund of price paid if the subscription price is reduced or discounted after you have become a member. However, if your Membership period expires, and you would like to renew, you will need to renew under the then-effective Membership pricing plan and fee.

3.2 Methods to Purchase and Renew Membership
You have to register or log into your User Account, then enable the subscription button to MODLILY CLUB Membership when you continue to check out the shopping bag. You should pay for the Membership fee as part of your order. When the payment is done, the MODLILY CLUB Membership benefit(s) will apply to that order.
Only cancellation of entire order will result in club membership expiration when there is no continuous orders applied the benefits of MODLILY Club.
Currently, the auto-renew function is not supported for MODLILY CLUB Membership. When your membership period is about to expire, You can re-purchase Membership directly.

3.3 Methods to Pay for Membership Fee
You can pay for your MODLILY CLUB Membership fee(s) through available payment methods*, except that you may not pay for the MODLILY CLUB Membership fee by coupons or MODLILY Points. Discounts or coupons do not apply to the MODLILY CLUB Membership fee.
*Note: Available payment methods are the existing payment methods on the Site. We reserve the right to change the payment methods.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
4.1 Membership Term Calculation
You will become a MODLILY CLUB Member immediately upon successful purchase of Membership and is valid within 90 days.
You can check the Member-Only page for the specific validity period of your Membership.

4.2 Termination of Membership
MODLILY CLUB Membership is sold together with products, It will take effect immediately, cancellation of entire order before shipment will result in club membership expiration，and you must ensure that there are no pending orders using membership benefits pending payment，If you apply for cancellation of your Membership and you have used Membership benefits in another order, then we will keep your MODLILY CLUB Membership.
If your MODLILY CLUB Membership has expired, you can no longer apply for a refund of Membership fee even if you did not use any of the Membership benefits.
Once your application to cancel your Membership has been approved, your MODLILY CLUB Membership will be terminated immediately, the corresponding Membership benefits will be invalidated immediately.

4.3 Refund Method
When your cancellation application is approved and if you are entitled to a refund, your applicable Membership fee will be refunded to the original payment method or you User Account, which depends on your choice. The refund will be reflected in your payment account according to the processing time of your payment institution.

*CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to refuse any applications for Membership. We may in our discretion change any aspect of these Terms. Changes will become effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
