I purchased a small and I'm a true 4/6 US. The bottoms were slightly big and the top extremely tight. I have broad shoulders and a wider rib cage but still I always wear a small. Think of the top as a tight athletic bra.

The color is excellent and the style is lovely. Just wish it fit me properly.
