Fits true to size. I am 5.4, 250lbs, apple shaped, 42DDD, 52” chest, 50-49” rib cage. Looks good on. Covers underarm fat and tummy. Covers the fat between the thighs too. Just enough looseness to swing a bit without being like a dress. Great summer halter top too. Ordered 2xl
