The clothing items are lovely, fit to size and very good well made pretty fabrics. Yet, I give the Modlily experience 4 stars because Modlily needs to improve on their shipping and delivery time frame. I ordered 2 different orders of 4 to 5 items each, which one order was broken into 2 orders-where 1 item arrived on time yet 4 other items arrived very late (They do mention that they may split up an order to save time). So my orders of 2 became 3 orders. 2 of these orders arrived on time, which took two and half weeks. But my very first order of 4 items arrived a week and a half late. I even contacted them through their email customer service of which there was an immediate automated reply stating that my orders were delayed. So if I hadn't emailed them, I would have not received this message about the late delivery. Therefore my recommendation to customers in order to avoid being stressed out and taking up your valuable time, is to "don't overload the circuits" when ordering items from Modlily, keep it simple- order 1-2 items at a time and perhaps? these items will arrive on time. But ,no guarantees on this method. As I will try this for the next order. Nevertheless, I am very happy with all my items. I have never seen such varied styles and colorful patterned printed fabrics. Can't wait to wear them this spring & summer!
