I ordered a large and it is VERY large, I should have gotten a medium. I don't wear a medium in anything and I ordered another dress from Modlily similar to this one in large and it fit fine. As per the other review it is not really a red but kind of a rusty color, a little orange to it. Still pretty, but if you really want red, you won't be pleased.
